Jill has lived in Winsford for fourteen years and been part of WINCAP for twelve of those.
Jill has worked in a voluntary capacity for a variety of organisations including
Winsford MIND,
Winsford, Northwich & Middlewich Sea Cadets,
Voluntary Action Vale Royal,
Winsford Playschemes,
Over4All Residents Association
....................plus many more!
Whilst speaking to people and in particular young people in Winsford, Jill recognised the need to have a dedicated community centre run by the community. It has taken a long time to achieve the dream, but despite several hiccups along the way, Jill never wavered from this aim.

Dominic joined WINCAP in 2005 - no one else wanted to take on the dreaded accounts! WINCAP is fortunate in that it now employs someone to do this task but Dominic has remained with WINCAP and can usually be found fixing someone's I.T. equipment!
Thomas Connolly

At just 22, Thomas is our youngest Board member. He lives in Winsford and works as a Commercial Office Manager for a promotional goods company in nearby Northwich.
